This is very interesting. It correlates with the idea of the 'new world order' that is, the idea of a planet dominated by an elite in a very tight hierarchy in a type of 'world dictatorship'. In a planet with so many different 'ethnic groups', skin colors, etc this dictatorship could entail much more oppression and slavery than in a planet lets say with only a group present.

Snowden for example, has shed much light in the subject.

The word 'empire' is very significant here. The Tesla papers were taken once Tesla died by the 'security of national divisional complex.'

However, the earth is already a 4d POSITIVE planet, which is probably why the so called 'new world order' is not taking hold.

It seems that negative 4D and up entities no longer are influencing this planet. What I recall is that they left several thousands of years ago ?

Foremost, 'new world order' probably is a concept which is more an invention of various elitist groups on earth than any alien interference. and, while it is certain that any kind of negative influence would want to influence these attempts, the concept in itself is not so much different than petty elitist formats of the past - ranging from aristocracy to tyranny. The thing is, in the past 200 years, great changes towards equality and democracy has been made. Which is not so good by the mindset of these people. They are wanting to revert back, consciously or unconsciously. But you cant come up and say "lets go back to aristocracy, ill be your lord". Hence various embellished wordage, intricate concepts and the 'new world order'.

Confederation DIRECTLY contacting and directly GIVING tesla ufo weapon technology to ussr after stalin's death, is EXTREMELY noticeable. This goes beyond any kind of contact, aid - anything confederation did before. Its even much further than yahweh's genetic intervention. For that intervention, yahweh were permanently quarantined from this planet.

However at that point in time, council and confederation saw it fit to give ussr this weapons technology. From what ra says, we understand that this wasnt through wanderers, inspiration, dreams or any other means - a confederation entity (one of the smcs probably) directly GAVE this technology. This is unprecedented - considering confederation never aided or boosted negative constructs or societies, even circa 1500 bc - a time in which negative call was so strong enough to allow random portals in quarantine from much higher dimensions, when the guardians did not let anyone pass.

As for negative influence - negative influence does not need to come from negative oriented smc's ships flying in earth atmosphere. As can be seen from how ra contact was attacked by negative 5d entities, it can also come at any point in time if any entity is able to cross the quarantine. Moreover, since everything functions according to call concept, any negative-inclining entity would be able to access negative influence through any kind of spiritual mechanism possible. Which is not something extraordinary.

the inclination to use controllable energy sources for control on part of some elements in soviet administration aside, release of such knowledge/technology would change everything on the planet.

foremost, it would totally destroy the means of control the established elite in the west are STILL using to dominate the society - control of energy, mainly oil.

they would react to this kind of thing very adversely.

many. weapons that can be created with this technology are no joke. tesla itself was talking about a death ray, which would make any airforce irrelevant because it would eradicate any number of aircraft in a vast area of the sky. ra says that the tesla weapons that exist are beam weapons, and very, very destructive. the same wordage was not used for nuclear weapons. it is safe to assume that these weapons are as destructive as nuclear weapons. leaving aside the psychotronic types.

these devices contrast with nuclear weapons, which are hard to acquire and operate.

because they would present an unlimited energy source they could enable unlimited things. even things like the atlantean energy transmitter which accidentally caused atlantis to sink, by getting tuned too high and disturbing tectonic plates - directly through em interaction with magnetic field, or through heating up the magma or any other means.

any social group which had been able to acquire one of these or make one of these could cause great harm. this ranges from islamist dictatorships to other dangerous circles.

however, these arguments are becoming rather moot, with the increase of communication and information flow through internet. and the fact that very radical, extremist countries like israel maintain nuclear and chemical weapons arsenals which are enough to destroy world a few times over, without signing any international arms treaties or letting anyone inspect them. therefore these arguments are rather moot now.

other than that, there is the social upheaval factor. unlimited energy source will change everything on the planet. tiny groups will be able to operate massive factory complexes, or expensive devices. make things which are impossible possible - whatever that required massive power and therefore was technologically impossible or expensive, will be possible afterwards.

as can be easily understood, this will totally change the society, its social construct and the mechanisms it uses. a total revolution.

Only successful planet has been Venus so far. Maldek destroyed, Mars arrested in development.

Earth at least has been able to reach harvest and even if 3d sphere (not the planet) is uninhabitable (which --per Ra, it will be in order to allow for 4D sphere to develop a the beginning--has to be potentiated), 4D life can continue.

There was also some 2nd density type of entities very resistant to nuclear radiation to serve as bodies to allow incarnation although I think would allow only 3D entities and the cycle is vanishing. It could be just to allow the remain of the 3D cycle to operate.

However in this case, it is unclear if there will be a transition to 4D, then planet is arrested in 3D not even being able to potentiate.

Another issue is if there is a nuclear event, the millions of wanderers currently present --and including dual activated ones.

Meaning, it does not seem this issue was present in Mars or Maldek. At least not to this extent. Would be ironic that wanderers came precisely to prevent earth from shaking 3d too violently and instead there was contribution to create another problem.

It seems the intervention of the confederation could be more involved. But then we have this:

The other race is that being offered a dwelling in this density by guardians who wish to give the mind/body/spirit complexes of those who are of this density at this time appropriately engineered physical vehicles, as you would call these chemical complexes, in the event that there is what you call nuclear war.

Ra: I am Ra. These are beings which exist as instinctual second-density beings which are being held in reserve to form what you would call a gene pool in case these body complexes are needed. This seems a different type of transition from the 100-700 years range, Seems it would be a much longer transition if a nuclear event occurs.

The harvest has happened, the planet in 4d vibrations and sun is emitting relevant energies.

that's not something that can be stopped except by destroying the planet.
